We want you to love your new Rolex watch, and we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and refund policy. Below are the detailed terms of our returns and refund process:
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
- The product must not have been customized, engraved, or altered in any way.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Ship the Item Back: Package the item securely and return it to the address provided with your RA number. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns unless the product is defective or we made an error in the order.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your Rolex watch for a different model, we will assist you in arranging the exchange, provided the returned item is eligible. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Customized or engraved items
- Final sale items or promotional items marked as non-returnable
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges, for defective items.
